  Smooth & Memorable First Family Road Trip 🚗🏔️❤️ Planned our first family road trip from Vancouver to Banff and chose Enterprise Rent-A-Car at the South Vancouver (SW Marine Dr) location after some quick research. Saw a lot of positive feedback compared to other rental companies, which gave us extra confidence 👍✨ Booked a Standard SUV AWD and called ahead to request winter tires — big thanks to the branch rental manager, Dharm, for helping to prepare everything in advance. The team was very helpful and accommodating throughout the process ❄️🚙👏 Picked up the car at 8am and the whole process took less than 5 minutes. The staff were super friendly and efficient, which made everything really smooth, especially traveling with family 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦⚡😊 Return was just as easy and seamless, also thanks to Dharm and the team — really appreciated the smooth experience from start to finish 🙌✨ It turned out to be an extremely memorable trip for us, and the hassle-free rental experience definitely played a part in that. Would 100% rent from this location again for future road trips 🌄💯🚗

  Friendly and competent service from start to finish. The car was clean and well maintained. The first vehicle I received smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, but they promptly replaced it with another one. This is the second time I’ve rented from this location, and the second time I’ve encountered a car with a strong smoke smell. I hope they are charging those renters a fee for leaving the cars smelling like smoke!

  I have been renting cars from Enterprise for many years. Never in my entire experience have I had such good customer service. The staff are exceptional.
