- MAMaria Anders3 days ago5.0Hervorragender Service und super freundliches Personal. Man wird zum Fahrzeug begleitet, um zu schauen, dass keine Schäden vorhanden sind und alles funktioniert. Das Gleiche, wenn man das Fahrzeug abgibt. Würde jeder meinen Mietwagen bei Enterprise buchen. Vielen Dank
- AFAdam FultonMar 21, 20261.0Rent at your own risk. I lost $200 booking ski passes, showing up for my reservation booked in advance and they said they had no cars. Reservations are no guarantee of a vehicle apparently. When this happened once before under previous managers they contacted Olympic village drove me over and got me a car quickly. This time they said they could not do that and gave me the number of a call center, totally abandoned as it were. I have booked here for 16 years and either head office or this branch is not serving customers appropriately to support repeat business. I did not feel like a respected customer in this instance. Bye bye Enterprise hello Avis? At least previous managers would try to make it right or offer a free rental in the future, but times may have changed. I do know that there is a revolving door of management and I’ve seen quite a few changes there.
