Service staff are polite and friendly, but the actual service is painfully slow. Every visit takes much longer than the quoted time — what’s supposed to be an hour turns into two or three with this last time not actually having completed the job. Nice people, but the efficiency just isn’t there.

Vince and the team are proven professionals, he helped us with company fleet vehicles as well as our personal vehicles. They do tires plus repairs and maintenance. Added bonus, they are Wheels Leasing authorized. Excellent customer service. You’ll be pleased you brought your vehicle here.

I have changed the set of tires. When I went to pick up my old tires after a day of me purchasing the new set, they have drilled holes onto the side wall of my old tires. I didn’t want them at first, but a day after I decided to go and pick him up and unfortunately, they have ruined my old tires by drilling a hole into the side wall of the tires. I’m extremely upset by this behavior. I don’t know they would do a such a thing like this, but I would never go to a Fountain Tire ever again when I have been going there for so many years, but never again.

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
