- MGMankaran GillJun 24, 20251.0I reserved a car with them 4 months in advance as I knew it’s probably gonna get busier closer to my reservation date, I called twice 2 weeks before the initial pick up asking if the vehicle would be there, even a day before my pickup was supposed be due they called and told me the vehicle I rented would be there, but somehow on the day I was supposed to pick up they didn’t have the vehicle, avoid these guys at all costs, I tried my best understanding and asking for alternatives but they had nothing similar to the reservation. This is not my first time, I’ve reserved a full size luxury SUV with these guys too, and he exact same thing happened, and 40 minutes before the pick up it was sent to “the dealer” to get serviced. Avoid these guys and go to locals as they don’t over book vehicles.
