Because there were many bad reviews (like maaaany other car rental companies in Vancouver), we were worried about renting a car from here, but our experience with them was great! Location was in the downtown so convenient, all the staff were VERY nice and helpful, the car we got was very nice and comfortable. We booked compact but they didn’t have it so ended up having intermediate car with additional 5 dollars per day(which turned out to be great) We paid 300 for 4 days rental plus insurance with unlimited mileage.There were cheaper options at YVR but they had even more bad reviews and we didn’t want to go get the car at the airport (40min trip from our Airbnb). Would love to use them again, thank you for the great service!!!
