  Absolutely the worst Enterprise location ever. Unreliable and uncaring. Our plane was late by 10 min, the store knew and instead of saying past noon for 10min they closed up leaving many customers stranded as at least 8 of us from the same plane ride ended up there as we had existing reservations. An employee called the Brank Manager Dharm Agola twice and according to the employee both times the branch manager said he was not going to make the quick trip in to help his customers. This is a brank manager who couldn't care less about his customers. Luckly Hertz up the street came to the rescue and saved the day.

  This terrible spot and it's owner who know people are coming by plane but don't specify closing early anywhere. Completely screwed our reservation that had been made months in advance. Twice now. Staff called manager at 10minutrs after noon before he left the yard and told us thr manager didn't care. 5 people with reservations showed up while we were here, door locked. Unreliable don't rent from one at 970 sw marine drive vancouver. 0 stars not 1

  Very bad experience about the vehicle interior cleaning and maintenance there is no hygiene inside the vehicle so bad condition and it comes out very dirty and very bad smell even I’m asking about this issue with staff they don’t consider even they are not listening very bad customer experience staff is very lazy people and irresponsible people no respect for customer care also

  I’ve rented from the Enterprise location at 970 SW Marine Drive a couple of times and each time the experience has been excellent. The staff are friendly, professional, and make the process smooth and easy. The cars are clean, reliable, and ready on time. While you may need to arrange your own ride to get here, it’s still cheaper than picking up a rental car at the airport, which makes this branch a great option. Overall, dependable service and good value — highly recommended. Update: Thank you, Stacy — I appreciate the kind response.
