I was charged an extra rental day solely because the pickup branch was closed on Canada Day, making it impossible to return the vehicle on time. I followed Enterprise customer service instructions and returned the car early the next morning. What followed was weeks of silence. My money was effectively held hostage, and despite multiple written follow-ups, neither the branch nor the regional corporate office ever contacted me, even though I was repeatedly told they would. If you doubt this, try calling the branch yourself! Calls go unanswered. Emails lead to generic responses and responsibility-shifting. The way this was handled raises serious concerns about fairness and whether customers are treated differently based on background or how much they push back. There was no accountability at any level. I strongly caution anyone dealing with this location or this region!

While price is always going to be the major factor in renting a car, the Enterprise outlet on Georgia Street in downtown Vancouver will be the first place I go to in the future and, if the price is competitive, this will be not only my choice but also the one I recommend to anybody looking for a rental car.
