  made a reservation for a COMPACT SUV 3 weeks in advance, but when i arrived they offered me to choose between a F-150, or BMW X10 for extra $15. there wasn't enough time to look for any other rental car company so i had to opt for F-150. the car was way bigger than what was needed for the purpose or what i was comfortable with and the fuel efficiency was abysmal i ended up paying way more for gas than i should have with a compact SUV. overall not a very pleasant experience. i just don't understand how i made a reservation 3 weeks in advance and they called me 3 separate times to confirm if i was going to rent an SUV but still had none available. the only pleasant thing about my experience was that the check-in and return process was fast and easy.

  Awesome service ! We enjoyed our rental , Mazda. cx5, mostly because it was familier to me as I drive the same at home, made things more enjoyable. Willing to give me what I needed as I needed a different drop off location. Thank you ! As always I have counted on enterprise to pick me up and take me to the rental office. KP
