I am a loyal Enterprise customer and have had great experiences at all other locations I've used in Canada and abroad, but this location is terrible. They do a very superficial inspection when you pickup and then conduct a super detailed inspection upon return, and claim that you caused any damage they find. I saw them try this with 2 other customers, both of whom had pictures to prove the damage was pre-existing. I took what I thought were detailed pictures to document damage, but I didn't take ones low enough and sure enough, they found some pre-existing damage under the front bumper that they are now charging me to repair. IF YOU RENT FROM THIS LOCATION, take detailed pictures before you leave, at both the ground level (to show bottom edge of bumpers and sides) and higher up to show all the body panels and windows. Expect them to come after you with a bogus damage claim. Terrible behaviour that seems to be standard practice at this location.
