I would absolutely rent from this location again and highly recommend it because of the outstanding service they provided.

Car was dropped off with the same amount of fuel as picked up, only to be told it wasn’t, and charged double the market price to refuel the whole car. Customer service was lacking when challenged about this. Easy and logical fix would be to charge normal rate to fill the car to existing amount if this was the case, and not alienate a customer. Or believe the customer and not impose this harsh charge. Update: Jemima the Assistant Manager called and smoothed the situation out. Great customer service from her and the fee was waived, which was really appreciated.
