If you love fishing or hunting, you absolutely cannot miss Bass Pro Shops! This place is truly a heaven for outdoor enthusiasts. The product variety is immense—they have everything you could possibly need, from apparel and tools to accessories for different activities. There must be thousands of fishing rod models alone; it's overwhelming, and you won't know where to start! They also carry disaster preparedness supplies. I even purchased an emergency food kit with an expiration date in August 2054—yes, 2054! That added a lot of fun and talking points to the shopping experience. The best part is the environment: the walls and ceilings near the entrance are adorned with countless displays of amazing animal taxidermy and wilderness scenes, making it feel like a free natural history museum! There is also a huge aquarium, which is quite spectacular. It’s highly recommended for families to visit on weekends—the viewing experience alone is worth the trip, even if you don't buy anything!
- WDw duggerOct 7, 20252.0Not sure why this Bass Pro is so dark inside. Staff not engaging and one staff a tubby guy shoulder checked me and didn't apologize. The sore seems like they were out of stock of the things that I needed. It looked like the store was raided and they forgot to restock. The Abbotsford location is far superior for shopping go there for slightly better service but they will have stock.
