  I rented from Terrace BC. The car was ready for me to go upon my arrival. The car was new and well taken care of. I dealt with Anus From enterprise and he was courteous and helpful. I did after hours drop off and it was simple and they insured that they called me afterwards to let me know everything was fine and the transaction was complete. I would definitely recommend this car service.

  We booked a car from terrace,Bc and our hotels were booked in our destination but enterprise called 6 hours before the pickup time and said that they don’t have any car available. They wasted our $2000. We are really disappointed with that😡😡

  They did not have the vehicle we reserved days in advance. They didn't let us know until we went to pick it up the morning of our trip. They could only offer a vehicle with not enough seating. All they did was offer the possibility of a van later in the day and didn't even call us back like they said they would. Poor customer service and waste of time.

  I was picked up at the body shop by enterprise employee. They came quickly and the driver was excellent. Very respectful, polite, and even gave my mother a hand with her door and placed her walker in the back for us as my mother had mobility issues. The exchange was quick and easy I was even able to leave the rental at the body shop for them to pick up once my car was ready. They are fairly priced with great customer service. I was in a brand new Rav-4 SUV. It was clean and had all the features you want in a vehicle. Overall I highly reccomend them.
