They could only offer a vehicle with not enough seating. All they did was offer the possibility of a van later in the day and didn't even call us back like they said they would. Poor customer service and waste of time.

Very respectful, polite, and even gave my mother a hand with her door and placed her walker in the back for us as my mother had mobility issues. The exchange was quick and easy I was even able to leave the rental at the body shop for them to pick up once my car was ready. They are fairly priced with great customer service. I was in a brand new Rav-4 SUV. It was clean and had all the features you want in a vehicle. Overall I highly reccomend them.

Incredibly kind, patient, and always happy to answer all my questions. The whole process of picking up and returning the car was smooth and effortless. The car itself was very comfortable, well-maintained, and a joy to drive. I highly recommend this rental location and would gladly return here again. The team really goes above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable, which made my trip even better!
