My experience was underwhelming. I came in for an inspection and they only confirmed what I mentioned was wrong but I was expecting a more thorough report. The online report that they sent doesn’t shows anything at all and when asked for a hard copy I was told it’s not available.
Lastly, the bill amount was over by $30 from what I had been quoted so I had to correct the sales person to fix it. They should be more detail oriented and it felt like a waste of $185 when you can’t even get a thorough inspection and detailed report.
I am still uncertain about the mechanical issues and will have to spend money again at another repair shop to get everything fully inspected.

A very good place to get tired repair done compare to Kal tyre. Theis place directly address your need without taking your time..
Ample parking available which is the most of the tire shops do not have.
Even for sure changes you can find various brands in the prices you are looking forward.
I highly appreciate the service of this place and recommend for your next tire need.

A big disappointment, save your money, sanity and time. Not the best service in Surrey, too bad Tom the Tireman is retired, they had the absolute best service ever. Fountain tire? Not so much, stuff goes missing and nobody takes accountability, staff are confused about rebates, etc. Never again, I'll take my business elsewhere.
Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly.
Common ways to measure tread include the following.
- Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace.
- Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low.
- Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure.
If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.
What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?
It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling.
Common signs include:
- Vehicle pulls to one side
- Crooked steering wheel
- Uneven tire wear
- Loose or unstable steering
- Vibration in the steering wheel
If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
What’s included in the seasonal car care package?
Our seasonal car care package gets your vehicle ready for the weather ahead. It includes:
- Fresh engine oil and filter
- Chassis lubrication (as needed)
- Charging and starting system check
- Brake inspection
- Fluid top-ups
- Belt and hose inspection
- Battery test
- Tire and pressure check
- Heating/cooling system check
- Lights, wipers, and overall safety check
It’s a great way to make sure your vehicle is ready for the season.
What do the numbers on my tires mean?
The numbers on your tire’s sidewall tell you the size, load rating, and speed rating.
Example: 225/55R17 97H
- 225 – Tire width (mm)
- 55 – Height as a % of width
- R – Radial construction
- 17 – Wheel diameter (inches)
- 97 – Load rating (how much weight it can carry)
- H – Speed rating (maximum safe speed)
These numbers help us match you with the right tire.
When should I put my winter tires on?
A good rule of thumb: when you can see your breath — about 7°C and below. At that temperature, all-season tires start to harden, while winter tires stay flexible and grippy. Booking early helps you beat the rush.
