My initial rental was at Surrey location. The staff there were incredibly courteous and friendly (Diana and the person whose name starts with an "A"). However, the truck we got (a Chevy Silverado 2500 Diesel) ended up in limp mode and didn't go beyond 58km/hr, that threw all my plans to pick up my new travel trailer and go camping. However, in spite of the Surrey location closing, were connected with Ian, the Manager of the Kamloops branch, who went out of the way to find us a vehicle. I was directed to pick up another truck at the Abbotsford airport, however, the truck was not insured to pull a trailer, so that didn't work out either, and we could not pick up the new travel trailer on the day we were supposed to. But Ian worked very hard to ensure we had a working truck at the Burnaby location the next day. Chris (CJ) at the Burnaby location was incredibly helpful in finding me a good truck that finally worked and ensured we had a great camping trip that week. Although I had several issues with the truck and potentially wasted several hours trying to get the truck that worked, the customer service was beyond incredible from pretty much every single person we dealt with at Enterprise truck rental. This is how customer service is supposed to be. To top it all, they waived the rental fee for the week in spite of my not asking or expecting it. For this incredible customer service, I will always return to Enterprise truck rental for any future truck rental needs. Keep up the amazing customer service.
