  Never rent your car from them, rude staff, they cheat while charging customers even though it’s through ICBC. Zero star is unfortunately not an option.

  I visited the branch and had the worse experience with a manager named Ranjith. He was super loud and scared the shit out of my kid. We had to wait almost 45 minutes before getting served. I would never recommend this location.

  This was our first time at any car rental (including Enterprise) where we were made to feel like celebrity VIP's. We were served by Alleluia, Jas and Sid, but each and every staff member was attentive, polite, well dressed, clean cut, and worked as a team to make sure we felt listened to. They were even good with cranky customers. Follow ups were appreciated, washhroom was clean and above all being given a direct number to get through to a human was the best! Their office was a bright spot in a dark and hectic world. Oh -and the vehicle was great! second only to the way they made us feel like valued customers. Highly recommend 👍🏼
