One of the most trustworthy tire shops hands down. Two visits and they still tell me I really don't need tires quite yet based on the readings they get when measuring my tread depth. I should note a competitor had told me back in June that I was due based on their visual inspection.... eye roll here... All that said, with winter road conditions coming, and some travel in the near future I am going ahead with a set of all weather tires from Fountain Tire Langley. I did my research and their prices are as competitive as anyone even Costco. Price aside though, I would not go anywhere else as the level of trust and integrity with this particular establishment is by far the most important aspect when having any vehicle service, at least in my opinion. Staff and owner are super friendly, helpful and trustworthy. Helped by a fellow named Inderpreet today, great experience!

It was an SOS with a flat tire and a flight leaving in the coming hours. Fountain Tire to the rescue! They got me in and out in enough time to make my flight back home. The team was friendly and accommodating. Even the repair was reasonably priced. Thank you for the great service by a great team.

My experience was not ideal. For the second year in a row when I came in for my scheduled seasonal tire change appointment they had the wrong tires shipped and could not complete my appointment. Last year I was ok as mistakes can happen but I asked them last year to ensure my file on hand was correct to prevent this from happening again. This visit it happened again with the same explanation. I was more upset this time because they did not take the time to correct the issue that happened previously as they said they would. I then wanted to reschedule for the next day and them could not accommodate me so I had to get an appointment that suited their schedule. My viewpoint here is that since this was a known issue not corrected as promised that more could have been done to accommodate me rescheduling for the next day. I had to change my schedule to meet their timeline. I did not feel like a valued customer. I am updating to new vehicle but will not use this location moving forward. I did not give a 1 start review because the young man was very good dealing with me but I feel he was not empowered to meet my request for rescheduling needs based on their mistake.

Last Thursday I ended up with a flat while out with my two year old. In a panic I went to the closest tire shop but I ended up getting beyond terrible service - this was Kal tire in Cloverdale - rude staff, concerns shrugged off and after 10 minutes with my car told me my tire was unfixable and started quoting me tires. That didn't sit well with me, there was no way that wasn't fixable, plus the tires were only a few months old so decided to get a second opinion. I don't know if it was because I'm a women with a small child and they saw sucker on my face but I wasn't taking that for an answer - least not off the bat. They didn't even let me go inside to talk, they met me in the parking lot and handed me my keys after saying I didn't want to buy tires from them. My landlord changed two of my tires over to winters so I could still drive my car and started emailing. Fountain tire responsed extremely quickly and the manger Inder was amazing and gave me hope this tire could be fixed. Fast forward to yesterday - my appointment with Simranjit was excellent; he was incredibly kind and friendly. The team successfully changed the two of my tires to winter - figured it was almost tire anyway but most importantly and impressively repaired the tire that Kal Tire deemed unfixable all for a very reasonable priced. This not only saved me hundreds of dollars but also alleviated a significant amount of stress. I informed my service advisor that they had gained a loyal customer for life. The waiting room was comfortable, quiet, free (and good coffee), and had vending machines for snacks and pop. Though I didn't have my daughter today I loved that it was child friendly. Highly recommend this shop

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
