A big disappointment, save your money, sanity and time. Not the best service in Surrey, too bad Tom the Tireman is retired, they had the absolute best service ever. Fountain tire? Not so much, stuff goes missing and nobody takes accountability, staff are confused about rebates, etc. Never again, I'll take my business elsewhere.

I experienced several issues with my recent tire purchase at Fountain Tire. At the time of purchase, I was told I would receive a $175 manufacturer rebate, but later learned the rebate is $125. When I asked about this, I was given a different explanation. During installation, my wheel was damaged, and I was not notified. I noticed it myself and brought it to their attention. The wheel was repaired. After the service, I discovered my vehicle jack was missing. When I raised this concern, I was told my vehicle does not come with a jack, which is incorrect. This issue remains unresolved. The shop followed up, but the concerns above were not resolved.

I had extremely great service, I saw smoke/steam while driving and I called them and asked if they can check my vehicle, I talked to the store manager Joe and he was very helpful and told me to come in as soon as I can, anyway Norm was the assistant manager in charge and he did and awesome job telling me what was wrong and the vehicle was fixed once they got the parts, I also was given a ride and picked up while my vehicle was serviced, thank you for the wonderful customer service that I received today. I went from anxiety to relieved. Great place to have your vehicle maintained

Thank you so much to the guys at Fountain tire today. I had a split front winter tire and they put my spare on for nothing. So no charge for doing this. Thanks again for your excellent service today. Annette

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
