I have been a customer here a few times now and always had great customer service. Norm goes over and above to make sure his customers are taken care of and know all the information to make the right decision. Great group of guys. The owner Joe is easy to talk to too.

I visited this location for a Goodyear warranty issue. Unfortunately, the staff member was dismissive and unprofessional, refusing to address a legitimate safety concern -more ego-driven than service-driven. My issue: After only 20,000 km, my fairly new tires are sliding, hydroplaning, and struggling to grip when going up ramps. Staff response: “These tires are designed like this -they’re meant to last long.” But what’s the point of a long-lasting tire if it’s unsafe to operate? When I pressed further, I was told to “just buy new tires.” I came in for a warranty claim, not to debate design or be dismissed with illogical explanations. Instead of addressing the issue or checking the tires properly, the staff member became defensive and argumentative. Very poor staff selection and lack of common sense for a front-facing role. I had to escalate to a supervisor just to be heard. Overall: Deeply disappointed with the service and professionalism. Hoping management provides better training on handling safety-related discussions and customer concerns.

Showed up with no appointment today due to a screw causing a tire leak. They were extremely busy but had no problem helping me out. Great service 👏 👍. This was our 2nd time here and we'll be back for future needs. Thankyou Joe 🙂

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
