  These guys tried to SCAM me. Took a car from them as I was visiting Surrey for Christmas. When I came to return it the guy came straight at a spot on a car and pretended he discovered a new scratch in the bumper which he Ofcourse called “damage” on the bumper. Adding exact pictures which shows those marks on the bumper. They alrwady took $300 security deposit. It shows posted which I reported to bank right away. Charged me already without permission. Trying to steal as much as they can because I used car for 5 days and they also took rent of the prepaid 6th day. They tried to threaten me saying they don’t know cost of repairing it haha like seriously you trying to silent me telling it can lead to further financial loss for me. I will take this matter further. I will escalate this to prevent people from scammers like you.

  Excellent location. The agents were quick and thorough in vehicle procurement. They are pleasant, answered questions that supported my needs. The car was nice as well. Will be coming here again!

  Absolutely terrible experience with vishal. He providing half and wrong information about the coverage and did charge me for the extra coverage without telling me. They are trying to scam you by hiring inexperienced people like vishal who do not have proper training and experience. Total scam, I highly recommend not to rent a car from this branch.

  This pertains to the Surrey-Newton location. Their prices were very competitive. They had a full range of vehicles to choose from. Pick-up was quick and painless since they were not pushy with upselling us their insurance coverage when I told them my credit card had excellent coverage. The vehicle itself was new and clean. It only had 400+ km on it. I felt like I could reach them quickly on an emergency since they texted me a number to call. Returning was also quick and easy. Post-rental inspection was conducted quickly, reassuring me that there won't be any surprise charges afterwards. I've never experienced service like this for car rentals. They are on a whole other level. Shout out Divyansh Manrao for taking good care of us!

  Today, this branch of enterprise lied and compromised our safety. We rented their Honda Odyssey for a trip to Whistler, BC (plate # XT1 00T). We have our own personal car that could accommodate 7 people as well but didn’t have winter tires, as it almost doesn’t snow in the lower mainland. So, we decided to just go for a rental with ones for safety reasons and winter tires are required by the law to travel in that part of BC. I reserved the vehicle online but asked my husband and brother-in-law to go to the Newton, Surrey branch to ensure that the car has winter tires (no one answers their phone). When they got there, they provided our reservation details and asked the front desk if it comes with the said tires, the frontdesk staff said yes. They also asked the guy who showed them the vehicle and handed the key if the tires are for winter and okay for travel to Whistler, again, they got an affirmative answer. Maybe we were partly to blame too because we took their word for it. So, off we went to Whistler and by God’s grace the roads were clear and there was no snowfall. However, when we got to Whistler, there was an uphill area with road not cleared yet and to our dismay, we got stuck. There was a tow truck right beside us and to our surprise the driver told us that this is why winter tires are required in Whistler. We were really disappointed as this was the sole reason why we decided to rent. We are not sure if the staff just didn’t know or what but our safety was jeopardized. Good thing that there were no checkpoints because if there was we might probably have not been able to reach our destination. Maybe the management could train their staff about the details of their car rentals and be honest with it. We hope that this will not happen to others. God bless you!
