Today went to pickup and car that was modified booking did not even was booked for us, such a irresponsible branch. Showed them this car we booked and showed them booking, denied it. Not happy with the service. Would not recomend to anyone, never pickup phone so how person suppose to talk? Such a waste of time

I washed the car and did interior cleaning myself before our trip. They gave it to us with 1/4 tank gas. They don’t have after hrs drop off box service; Just a heads up to make you sure your rental is clean minimum the inside and enough gas ⛽️

The same thing happened to us they are trying to charge people as much as they can. They are giving car in different way and when they are getting it back they are using paper this is ok that is ok but they didn’t show us before. Also, we tried to get information they did not give us any proof I said to show us the video when we received the car they said the rubber from the top is missing. Humble request to everybody check in detail and click the photos before getting it.

He told me tha icbc will only approve me a mid size sedan but I liked a full size sedan because I didn’t wanted a corolla or forte. I told the area manager that If icbc approves it then its great!! If not I’ll pay the difference but I will be getting this car ONLY. He told the other guy working, if I am not wrong his name is maddy and i guess he is the store manager. So he told the guy not to rent the car till tom morning 9:30 and I came next morning at 9:40 and he was like I rented the car yesterday. I left the store at 4:50 and they close at 5. He said that the area manager never asked him to not rent the car. I dont know who’s mistake it is but wasted a lot of my time and not at all accountable. THANK YOU
