Every single employee at the South Surrey location has always gone above and beyond there required duties to assist me through the complete rental process.
I have rented many vehicles in my days , this is by far one of , if not the best rental location I have used to date.
I would suggest to anyone looking to ren a vehicle , even if it’s a bit out of your way to use this location.

Horrible experience. These scammers charged me for pre-existing damage. In addition, they never provided me with documents I need to go through my own insurance. Never going here again.

Rented a “luxury” vehicle on a Friday evening right before closing. During the pre check, I noticed a faint cigarette smell and mentioned it immediately. The staff member said she could not smell it. After driving only about 30 km, the smell became unbearable.
I returned the vehicle first thing the next morning because I was absolutely not comfortable putting my child in a car that reeked of cigarette smoke. The only resolution offered was $50 off, which is unacceptable given the circumstances.
After reading other reviews, it is clear this is not an isolated incident. Multiple customers have reported cigarette smells in different vehicles, which suggests smoking is allowed in their cars.
This is not what anyone expects from a company advertising itself as a luxury rental service. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend them and suggest looking elsewhere.

Worst rental experience ever. The car I pre-booked was not available, and the location offered zero solutions for their own overbooking and under-delivery.
The customer service manager was rude and dismissive, clearly more interested in pushing a higher-priced rental to the next customer than helping an existing one. Completely unacceptable behavior.
I am a long-term Emerald Aisle customer, and this experience guarantees I will never do business with this location again. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.
