When you get to the store, they go against what the website states and make up random crap to not rent you a car even though you have everything you need. Horrible service, don't waste your time

My ride then had to delay their plans and drive me back later to pick up the car when I got a call saying they have no car for me at all. Wasted my time, ruined my plans, wasted my ride’s time. Absolutely unacceptable and disrespectful.
