- ARAmanda RuncimanAug 7, 20251.0If I could give zero stars I would. Gave me the wrong keys to my rental, then put me in a car that was just dropped off by someone else and dirty. (No problem, was grateful for a vehicle) I was warned by the employee, “it really needs an oil and filter “ message on the dash states it needs oil and filter. I checked the oil myself and it’s brown and low. I tried telling the manager this and he said I was incorrect and refused to help me at all. I call the enterprise customer service line for help and they were incredibly rude and told me either return the rental and go without or keep driving it! Awful, awful customer service! Don’t rent from them. Harsh the manager is absolutely awful to try and get any help from.
