- ARAmanda RuncimanAug 7, 20251.0If I could give zero stars I would. Gave me the wrong keys to my rental, then put me in a car that was just dropped off by someone else and dirty. (No problem, was grateful for a vehicle) I was warned by the employee, “it really needs an oil and filter “ message on the dash states it needs oil and filter. I checked the oil myself and it’s brown and low. I tried telling the manager this and he said I was incorrect and refused to help me at all. I call the enterprise customer service line for help and they were incredibly rude and told me either return the rental and go without or keep driving it! Awful, awful customer service! Don’t rent from them. Harsh the manager is absolutely awful to try and get any help from.

I tried contacting several locations near by and it took over a day before I was actually able to speak with someone. They charged the wrong credit card and would not reverse it to switch cards until the vehicle was returned. I do NOT recommend using enterprise.
- AAAlexanderMay 9, 20251.0Made a reservation online which was confirmed, me and my partner went to pick up the car and there was a paper taped to the door that said they open "by appointment only". So we called and they said that they didn't have anything available and wouldn't for the next week, even though we made a reservation in advance and it was confirmed. Normally Enterprise is great, but this location is essentially completely useless.
