    Poor service including Call Centre, Williams Lake office, and Smithers office, scam people by changing the contract, trying to add extra costs to the new contact hoping people don't know, not respond back to people complain, and trying to add extra charges after dropping the vehicle off. I would not recommend people to deal with this company especially the Williams Lake and Smithers office.

    Terrible customer service. Gave my rental keys to someone else and then gave me a vehicle in desperate need of an oil and filter and refuse to service the car. So now I am driving something for 2 months that needs service and isn’t reliable. Both the manager and the enterprise customer service line treated me so poorly and said either return the vehicle and go without or keep driving it! Don’t rent from them!

    Harsh was amazing! He had such great service. He even helped me out, outside the operating hours! I never had such fast service! I absolutely loved my rental from this little cute town. Highly recommend!!! I will definitely be using this rental place again when I'm there. Keep up the amazing service, Harsh !!
