- DLDoug LaNov 18, 20251.0Poor service including Call Centre, Williams Lake office, and Smithers office, scam people by changing the contract, trying to add extra costs to the new contact hoping people don't know, not respond back to people complain, and trying to add extra charges after dropping the vehicle off. I would not recommend people to deal with this company especially the Williams Lake and Smithers office.
