  We had a wonderful experience with National in Sidney. The guy working there is very friendly and professional. He even offered to drop us off at the ferry terminal. Really appreciate his help !

  Out of all the rental cars we’ve used, this one really stood out! Francis was fantastic and took the time to explain everything clearly. He even took the extra effort (thanks again!) to go out of his way and offer us a ride back to the ferry terminal when we returned the car. Great experience overall 😃

  Usually National provide "good/excellent" service. For us on this visit it was _beyond_ excellent. We arrived at the airport and asked about getting to the ferry when we returned the car. National offered to drive us from the Sidney site to the ferry simply as part of their customer service. It saved us taxi time, extra cost, time and more. I was told they can't always do this but they can and do on quieter days. Thanks National.

  Super easy to rent a car from National in Sidney. The drop off process was very fast and efficient as well. The guy working there was very friendly and even offered us a lift back to the ferry which was extremely kind of him.

  Excellent experience at the Malaview ave location . When we returned the car we were worried we wouldn’t make it in time to catch the ferry . The gentle responsible ( I forgot to ask his name ) he offered to drop us off without us even asking !!!!!! He was very kinda and helpful . We will definitely come back to this location .
