The worst customer service I’ve had, brought my car in for a leak patch up, they “fix” it. A few days later it’s still leaking, I bring it back and they tell me it needs replacing. They then tell me I can only get a single replacement or all four (wasn’t needed), I chose the single. Come to find out the tire they sold me is four years old (not disclosed) and nobody can get a match for it. They still charged me $350. This is shady buisness, I urge everyone to never choose this place and instead go to Sidney tire, much more reliable and personable.

My wife took her vehicle here yesterday for a quick flat repair on her way to catch a ferry. The staff here were fantastic! After it was determined that my wife’s tire could not be repaired by them, their new manager, Mike, drove my wife to the ferry! This is above and beyond of a tire company and it was so much appreciated! Great work by a great Canadian company that has been around since 1954!!! Thank you - Paul & Sheri

Never again. Guy at the counter seriously needs to work on his attitude and language. Also, problem with my car isn't fixed. Go here if you feel like throwing out money.

Just leaving the shop and can’t thank Justin enough for fixing my tire pressure. This senior lady recommends this shop and will be back when I need new tires !!

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
