  The team at Enterprise does everything they can to make your trip as good as they can They are always willing to share information about the Island and give you Information they know about if it helps! Awesome group!!

  This Enterprise location is fantastic. The shuttle comes almost immediately after phoning them at the terminal. It is a short ride and the checkout and check-in processes are extremely efficient. The cars are good and the employees are first rate.

  It’s an OFFSITE location meaning it’s not right at the airport but nearby. Near the carousel, at one of the exit doors, you’ll find their number to get the shuttle bus. It’s best to call them after grabbing your bags as they arrive within 4-5 minutes. The pickup spot is in the parking lot right across the main terminal building. At the site, they have decent options to choose from and the staff is good too.

  Was a little annoyed that I'd booked one of the two major car rental companies that are located off- site (Alamo is the other one) as I walked along all the other companies' counters but overall had a great experience. Lucked into walking out and the shuttle was waiting, with it only being a couple of minute ride to the location. Pick-up literally took 30 seconds, and I was on my way. Dropping off I was disappointed to see the shuttle pulling out as I pulled in, but after a similar 30 second return process they had someone there drive me over to the terminal instead of waiting 5 to 10 minutes for the shuttle to return, much appreciated. All staff encountered were super friendly and I'll rent here again regardless of the minor inconvenience of having to shuttle to/from.
