- MNMike N.Oct 25, 20251.0I reserved a minivan in August 2025 but when I phoned them from the airport to be picked up, they informed me that they did not have my van because another customer did not return it so they offered my two smaller SUVs. That solution was not useful but they booked a large SUV at their competition at the airport for me. They told me they would reimburse me the difference in cost. That was about $300. I gave them the information and proof I rented the other vehicle to be reimbursed but 2 months later they have done nothing. And of course the worker who I was corresponding with did not return my email inquiries after. Just a warning not to fall for this lie they tell their loyal customers. Your response to my review is also a lie since the link you sent does not exist! Also why would you send me to a French link? Just another example of trying to trick the public that you actual care what your customers problems when you are just trying to ghost them! Your manager at your rental office had two months to do something but did nothing!
