  Very relaxed. Easy pick up and drop off. We were on our way in minutes. Allowed multiple drivers.

  I will never use this Alamo location to rent a vehicle again after Von spoke so condescending while his coworkers hovered without saying a word. The shuttle driver was nice though. But i highly suggest renting from a company with a desk front at the airport.

  The Alamo staff in Victoria, BC were fantastic. We had a great experience renting a vehicle with them for our 10-day road trip on the island. The shuttle from the airport and the vehicle pick-up was completely seamless. When we were hit by another driver on day 2 of our trip and needed a new car, the Victoria Alamo staff were SO helpful at facilitating the vehicle switch (especially when we were in an area without an Alamo and had to work with a partner branch, Enterprise). At every interaction, Alamo staff were friendly, kind, and helpful - we will absolutely rent here again.
