  The easiest car rental experience I've ever had. The shuttle bus arrived at the airport within a couple of minutes and the site was only 3 minutes from the airport. I'd provided all the details online prior to arrival, and when we arrived at the desk we made payment and that was it. We got the keys and off we went with our car which was modern and clean. Normally, even when you've provided details online prior to arrival rental companies still make you go through piles of paperwork and questions but this was happily not the case with alamo. Not only this, but the rate was far more reasonable than the companies with counters at the airport. All the staff were very friendly. 100% recommend.

  Great service, efficient check in and check out for the vehicle. Shuttle service to and from the airport was prompt and Vance the driver was very courteous and helpful. The vehicle was beyond expectation, a good experience! Lyn

  Why would Alamo ask me to write a review about their service after I asked Alamo to contact me because of the badly damaged car I rented from them? I had reserved the vehicle before or trip. I let Alamo know that I was disappointed that the only vehicle available to me at an 8am pick up was a badly damaged Chrysler Pacifica. It had thousands of dollars of body damage on it. It was disappointing then, and it's disappointing that they want me to give this review before they had a chance to speak with me about the problem, which I asked them to do. I will follow up and edit this post if they respond to my concerns. Otherwise, you might want to ask when you reserve with Alamo if you are getting a normal vehicle or one with substantial body damage. If I don't hear back. I'll post the photos of the vehicle. It's too bad as the Alamo agent in Victoria was friendly and personable.
