  Fantastic Customer service from start to finish! An unfortunate accident with a deer has left me without a car for at least 6 weeks. Ray at Salmon Arm Enterprise location set me up in a great compact SUV in no time, with lots of flexibility to rent it as I need it. He also made it easy getting to and from Enterprise dispatching Shuttle Car Driver Terry, both of these gentleman were kind, courteous, professional and funny! I have rented many cars over the years but never had this kind of personalized service. Highly recommend this business!

  I recently had to rent a vehicle to get to and from a rural location in BC because of a family emergency. I was super stressed and worried, especially travelling during the winter. However, my experience at both ends of my journey was amazing! The staff were so friendly and helpful, making it super easy to get on my way without any added stress or time. I’ll never choose another rental company again!

  Great service from Enterprise. The car was reliable, the pricing was reasonable, and the staff were very helpful. We really appreciated being driven to our destination after returning the car. Overall, a very good experience.
