  Amazing customer service experience. After booking a vehicle in advance, the whole process didn’t take more than 10-15 minutes. I am very grateful for a complementary upgrade. I booked an intermediate vehicle and left the location with a 2026 Mercedes CLA250. Thank you Enterprise for making my drive experience in Vancouver memorable.

  I don't usually leave a review much but I was so happy and even touched every single service from everyone working so hard and very attentive & caring. The lady even kindly borrowed her own cable during my whole rental journey. From the phone call, picking up a car to inspecting it I was soo touched by every single one. The best rental car experience in Vancouver honestly💓 thank u so so much

  Pick and drop experience was easy. Staff was helpful and patiently answered all my questions. Took the effort to drop me at the neaeby Skytrain station.

  The pickup process was very smooth, and the car was in excellent condition. Rahul was patient in answering my questions and helped me fold the second and third-row seats of the Chrysler Pacifica into the floor. The only issue was that the previous renter had set the distance units to miles. I mentioned this to the staff when returning the car, and she adjusted it back to kilometers. However, after it was entered into the system, it showed that I had driven over 1,000 kilometers in a single day. I know the rental includes unlimited mileage, so I won't be charged extra for the distance, but I actually only drove about 50 kilometers—definitely not 1,000.
