  We rented a budget SUV for two days at Enterprise Rent-A-Car at Vancouver International Airport. When we arrived to pick up the car after 1:00 PM, there were no budget SUVs left. The available options were a Mercedes GLA or a Volvo XC90 B6 — so we ended up getting the Volvo at no extra cost, which was a great upgrade. When returning the vehicle, we were assisted by Loretta, who was very friendly and professional. She carefully checked the car, made sure we didn’t leave anything behind, and even asked about our next plans. She kindly guided us on where to find the shuttle bus to the Radisson Blu hotel at the airport. Overall, an excellent experience — smooth service and great customer care.

  Great company...nice new cars..straight forward policies easy to change time frame if plans change...staff are polite and easy to deal with you show up and are on your way within minutes.

  I’ve used Enterprise frequently, but the YVR branch is easily one of the best. Faheem and his colleague (whose name I missed) were both fantastic and very professional. They even upgraded us to a premium vehicle at no extra cost when our original choice wasn't available. The car was spotless and is washed and inspected after every visit by onsite professionals. The airport signage makes finding the desk a breeze, and the checkout was incredibly smooth. I’ll definitely be booking with this specific team again!

  This branch is a 100% scam I booked a car I landed at 11:00 pm , I started the process giving him the ID and credit card paid all good , he came back and said I denied your rental I was like why he said you were rude I said how ! He said you asked me if I have a different car . It’s Cuse he was giving me a different car than the one I booked so I asked him do you have a different car that was it , after long flight , they had no sign for enterprise they removed it idk what’s going on here but don’t ever rent from them they are scammers , it’s not different mindset or different experience this is not the first time also make sure you check your credit card I’m just saying they scam really good here .

  Had an excellent experience with these guys. The entire process was smooth from pickup to drop-off. The staff were friendly, professional, and made sure everything was clearly explained. I rented a RAM Rebel, and it was in fantastic condition-clean, powerful, and a pleasure to drive. It handled beautifully and made the whole trip even more enjoyable. Really appreciated the quick service and attention to detail. Will definitely be renting from here again and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free car rental experience!
