  Diana went above and beyond on helping with our van rental. She was able to secure a van for us with winter tires. She even followed up after the rental to ensure all went well. Very impressed, shutout to Diana for the fantastic customer service. We rent a lot of vehicles with Enterprise with locations across Canada and the level of customer service received from here was second to none.

  I had a fantastic experience renting a cargo van from this Enterprise location. Diana was an absolute gem - professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. To top it off, they provided me with a brand-new vehicle that performed flawlessly. If you need a reliable rental and top-tier service, I highly recommend this branch!

  I visited this Enterprise truck rental location in Richmond today as the renter to pick up a one-day truck rental. The agreement had already been initiated and signed, including the rental cost and deposit. When my credit card payment did not go through, we offered to proceed using debit in line with Enterprise’s published policy and were prepared to provide the required documents. Despite this, the manager (Danish) declined to proceed without clearly explaining which requirement was not met. When clarification was requested, the interaction became uncomfortable and we were asked to leave rather than being given a clear explanation. Another staff member acknowledged our situation but stated that renting a vehicle is “a privilege, not a right,” which felt dismissive given that we were trying to follow the policy. The rental was arranged to assist with moving that day, so the refusal caused significant inconvenience. The matter has since been escalated through Enterprise customer support, and I hope management reviews both policy clarity and customer communication at this location.

  Very disappointing experience at the Enterprise truck rental location in Richmond. I attended with my mother as the renter to pick up a truck rental that had already been initiated and signed. When her credit card payment didn’t work, we offered to proceed using debit in accordance with Enterprise’s published policy and were prepared to provide the required documentation. The branch manager (Danish) reviewed the policy but refused the rental without clearly explaining which requirement was not met. When I respectfully asked for clarification, I was told to leave and that police would be called instead of receiving an explanation. Another staff member acknowledged my perspective but stated that “renting a vehicle is a privilege, not a right,” which felt dismissive given that we were simply trying to understand the refusal while following the policy. This disrupted my moving plans and caused significant inconvenience. I have escalated the matter through Enterprise customer support and hope management reviews both policy clarity and customer communication at this location.
