I originally booked an exotic 7-seat SUV for two days. The drive was great, just a bit oversized for me and my mom. When I changed my mind, Henry was incredibly patient and professional. He explained the pricing, different car classes, and the CDW coverage clearly, and helped me switch to a smaller (but still premium!) SUV at a better rate. What impressed me most was how genuinely passionate he is about understanding customer needs and making sure you leave satisfied. Thanks again, Henry — you turned my first rental experience into a great one!
