- DYD Y1 day ago2.0The original vehicle's windshield wipers were worn out and caused extensive water-"smudging" and created streaks that made it very difficult to see out the windshield if it rained or even with condensation. This was a major safety issue and I had to return the car and ask for the wipers to be fixed or replaced. When I came back to the Enterprise to ask for the wipers to be repaired, the staff forced me to return the vehicle and replaced it with one that was lesser quality but with working wiper blades. The service attitude and speed was excellent by the staff. However, although I realize I only booked a "manager's special' and did get a good price, it was still somewhat disappointing to lose the better vehicle. I note that last time I rented with Enterprise, the vehicle had a bad smell which made my partner nauseated, and during a previous time, there was debris / garbage leftover in the car that was provided to me. The service and staff have always been very good, which is what brings me back. However, this is THREE straight times, I believe, that I rented with Enterprise and the vehicle has had issues. And from 3 different locations in Vancouver as well. I am concerned about the safety of your vehicles and the safety and vehicle inspection standards and policies at your company overall.
