During the car change, I accidentally left my small hand bag in the original car, which contained essential medication. I returned immediately and was told the car had already left and that I would be contacted “for sure.” I went back again on the day of my travel and was informed that the car would return on December 9, and that I would receive a call and an email on December 13. Today is December 13, and I received no call and no email, despite several follow-ups. What is most disappointing is not the mistake itself, but the lack of communication and responsibility, especially considering this involved urgent medication. This will be my last time dealing with this company, and I do not recommend it.
