    My experience was great! Reading some negative reviews online on U-Save rental, I was a little unsure of what would happen to my van rental in Vancouver, Canada. But the whole process was very pleasant. The customer service was extremely polite and responsive. Juan was the guy I spoke on the phone. He was one of the most polite car rental reps I have ever met. Everything turned out to be smooth and pleasant. My feeling was that U-Save Vancouver runs as a different company from the US U-Save which has many negative reviews online. Overall, a trustworthy rental company if you need a van in Vancouver, Canada. Thumps for Juan!

    Second time booked with U save. Great price for my 3 day-rental of this SUV! Much cheaper than renting from the airport counters. Smooth pick up process, and I like that they provide free hotel shuttle to YVR.

    I had a good experience. Ravinder was great at the front desk with pick up and drop off. I had booked a Rav 4 or similar but got a much smaller car Mitsubishi RVR (half of the MSRP compared to Rav 4 and way smaller) so that was a bit of a disappointment.
