  The staff are very helpful. I had a last minute booking and they still made sure to accomodate me the best they could. They also gave me a heads up on when the bus for the airport leaves which I was not aware of. Thank you for making my travel to Prince Rupert very smooth.

  I had a terrible experience at this location. An employee named Donna insulted me by swearing and displaying aggressive behavior and attitude. She was very stubborn and refused to change an inconvenient car model that she assigned to me. I escalated the issue to the branch manager, who kindly addressed my request. However, it seems Donna didn’t take this well and retaliated by falsely altering my return time, increasing it by over an hour, and charging me for an extra day. When I noticed the incorrect billing and returned to the office to have the extra charge removed, Donna swore and yelled at me. This behavior is absolutely shocking for someone representing a great company like Enterprise. It’s the first time I’ve encountered such rudeness in all my years as a loyal customer. I strongly urge management to address this issue to ensure no other customer has to experience such disrespect.

  My experience was seamless. Great staff, and nice clean vehicles that were ready as promised. They are busy at times so book as soon as you possibly can. I wanted to do a one way rental but wasn't able because of a limited inventory at the time. I had 3 rentals over 4 months, part of it through ICBC. That went smoothly as well on the part of Enterprise. Would definitely recommend but book ahead!

  Called to inquire about a rental car for my grandmother, was told they wont be open cause of the possibility of bc being on lock down. I tried to see if I was able make something work after the fact and was so rudely hung up on, extremely livid. I will not or ever refer this company to anyone nor spend money with enterprise. Never ever hang up on a customer.
