We had rear differential and transfer case service done around 80,000 km on a 4×4 truck that sees regular winter use. The work itself was reasonable for severe service, and the tech confirmed the driveline is now good for another ~70,000 km. That said, pricing was very high compared to independent shops, and the tech attempted to remove the glove box for the cabin air filter using oily gloves, then skipped the filter entirely. Interior work should be done cleanly or not at all. No issue with the necessity of the service — just disappointed with cost and attention to detail. Would consider alternatives next time.
