  I recently visited Canadian Oil Change and had the pleasure of being helped by James, and I just wanted to say how impressed I was with the service. James was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what my vehicle needed without making me feel pressured into anything extra. The whole process was quick and efficient, and I appreciated how transparent he was about pricing and recommendations. It’s not always easy to find auto service that feels trustworthy, but James made the experience smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend asking for James if you want great service. Thanks again, James!

  I had a fantastic experience, just an oil change. Zac was the technician that was working on my vehicle. Very well managed and helpful, I didn’t ask a lot but was offered a great service. Changed my air filter and asked if I needed my cabin air filter checked. I agree and thank goodness for that as it was really dirty. He even vacuumed out the air filter box, nice work and thank you for the amazing experience. I wish everyone would take to time to interact with the customers like Zac did that day and that’s why a 5 star review from me. Outstanding!!!!

  Zac was so kind and thorough checking in with work we had done elsewhere to double check we were happy! He updated us with other work that may need to be seen to aswell. He did so well we went home and grabbed another car to get it done right after! We then had james who offered to check things and even did a quick clean under the hood while we were there! They were keen to do a good job too and went above and beyond

  I just went to the Prince George, BC at 3169 15th Ave to have my transmission checked out and oil. They topped up my tranny with no charge. I am from Quesnel and Zac the technician who was tending directly to me was super acknowledgeable and reassuring my cocern. He also invited me back before I go home to Quesnel to doible check my transmission level. Thank you Zac and your team at The Great Canadian Oil Change on 15th Ave in Prince George, BC 5 stars ⭐️🤗

  I was getting ready to head out of town and needed some help making sure my vehicle was safe and road-ready. Kieth and his team here in Prince George were incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was properly secured and topped up before I left. They took the time to explain what they were doing and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. I really appreciated their kindness and attention to detail. I’ll absolutely continue bringing my vehicles here and highly recommend them!
