My flight arrived as scheduled and when I went to pick up my vehicle I was told there is none available. Even though I had a confirmation number and confirmed date and time for pick up they had no vehicle for me. They did offer one but it would have been ready in 7 hours. No thanks. I ended up taking a taxi into the City core and rented one from another car rental company who provided a much better experience.
