Was getting a "hot brake" smell when I drove. Dropped in without an appointment and they checked it out, said it wasn't an emergency but I should get it serviced soon as the tire was spinning without actually catching on anything but either my emergency brake was not 100 percent releasing or something like a caliper sticking but it could wait a week or two. They didn't charge for checking it out and were so kind and professional. I would highly recommend this shop!

Was visiting the area, needed my tire repaired as it blew. Found this business, immediately they took it in and before I had to leave back for Alberta, they had patched, fixed and put the tire back on my vehicle so quickly. Staff are impeccable, respectful, very professional. My wife and I made it to Alberta and back safely with no issues. Highly recommend this Fountain Tire to anyone in need of assistance. Thank you guys so much for your hard work, for being swift and helpful.

We are not very impressed with the customer service at Fountain Tire. We bought brand new tires 2 years ago, they installed the wrong tires and now the tires are needing to be replaced with only 1/2 of the km's covered under the warranty. Quite the run around because of their own mixup in installing the wrong tires in the first place. 1st phone call they asked us to come in and were told they would see what they could do because the tires should not have worn like they did so fast and then no reply, 2nd phone call we were told the shop would cover new tires because the warranty wouldnt help due to their initial mistake installing the wrong tires, 3rd phone call to make an appointment we were told it would cost $1900 for the new tires. Whatever happened to good customer service and standing by what you say. As a small business owner I know the value of good customer service and the damage that bad service can do. Do better Fountain Tire, do better. Update: The truck is question is not used commercially, we have another truck for that, this was never in any discussions. And we were told that the tires have a 105,000km warranty. Sad to see a local business use lies to cover their tracks.

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
