    As many others have stated, I reserved a vehicle online, went to pick it up and was told they have NOTHING available. I don't live in town, having someone pick me up and drive me to pick the vehicle (that didn't exist) up was quite inconvenient. Luckily, I was trying to pick it up the day before I needed it, so I had time to figure out a different option. Will not be trying to use their services again.

    The staff were fantastic!!! They made the whole process so easy. I extended the rental twice and they made it painless and simple I would absolutely use Enterprise again just because of the staff 💛!!

    While I rarely need a rental, within the last six weeks, I twice needed one, initially when my own car was being fitted with a new engine, based on the extended warranty I'd purchased nine years earlier. When I searched online for a rental car, the first name which came up was a company I'd not previously used, though some years ago, I'd used Enterprise when on a vacation in Nova Scotia. I decided, and in retrospect, somewhat foolishly to use that other company for the three weeks my car was at the dealership, waiting for the new engine, then installing it and ensuring everything was fine. On a daily basis, even with a so-called discount for the three week rental, the daily rate was more than twice that of Enterprise. For me, Enterprise is the way to rent and go.
