  Even with calling and confirming our check in , no car was provided. I understand if they are busy but they made me take a 50 minutes bus ride. They could have cancelled on the phone.

  I booked a premium full size pickup for one day to move a sofa do my mom. They called me a couple days before to confirm my rental which seems unusual and when they asked if I definitely needed a truck I emphasized that only a full size truck would work. I told them to please call me if that was goi f to be a problem The booking said F150 or equivalent. They only had a Santa Cruz when I arrived. While apologetic after I expressed my frustration they didn’t really offer to do anything except phone some other locations. I had been dropped off at the marine location and had to phone my daughter to come back and pick me up. They didn’t even offer it bring the truck to me or get me an uber to the Vancouver location or discount the rental.

  This branch is really good. They offered free rides even I couldn't rent a car from them. Perfect customer service. Highly recommended.

  I called ahead to arrange the pickup, but the representative I spoke with seemed rushed and not very respectful. It felt like she just wanted to end the conversation as quickly as possible. When I received the car, it clearly hadn’t been properly inspected. The rear seatbelt was stuck and unusable, which is a basic safety issue. I had to return just a few hours later to get a replacement vehicle, which was very inconvenient. Overall, the experience was disappointing and lacked professionalism.
