I wish the Mazda had Bluetooth Apple car play to make it more easy to navigate, but otherwise the car was great. They upsold me insurance I probably didn’t need, which I accepted because I wasn’t sure if I was covered under icbc. They waived half the fee in the end which was generous of them. Thanks again!

I had to wait quite some time for a vehicle and staffs were disorganized. Apparently a parking violation was in place and they automatically charged my credit card. I have requested the violation and proof as I would have disputed it. Enterprise has not provided such. Feels like a scam to obtain more money from me.
