  Great experience renting a compact SUV for 9 days through the official website. The car was brand new with only around 3,000 km, very clean, and still had that new car smell. Everything worked perfectly, and the whole process was smooth from pickup to return. Aditya, the branch manager, was cheerful, friendly, and very patient in explaining the insurance and roadside assistance options. Basic third-party liability was included, and comprehensive coverage was available to purchase at the shop. They also sent SMS updates when the car was picked up and returned, and even called a couple of times to check if everything was fine. There was no wait at pickup, and only a short wait of less than 5 minutes at return since Aditya was the only one at the shop that day. Would definitely rent again.

  Great guys! Always helpful and extremely quick and quality service. I've gotten a rental from this location at least 3-4 times. At the front desk, I met Aditya a couple of times who is extremely polite and accommodating. Will definitely rent back again.

  The folks at Enterprise New Westminster are top notch. Ray and Mateo both went out of their way to make our experience incredible, and I can't say thank you enough. It's rare these days to get the kind of customer service we got from them. Any time I need a car rental, I know where I'm going from now on.

  The vehicles rented from Enterprise, both here and at other places, have been in great conditions and clean. However, be aware their own policy states you don't need any optional insurance. None. Also, don't let them rinse your chosen vehicle off as this is done to hide scratches they may pass on to you. On my last rental of a Jeep Rubicon, the New West office wanted over $10k to repair a deep, one foot long scratch. The manager told me that head office would deduct $100 from his every check until it was paid for. He wanted me to feel guilty. Head office in Ontario even called me to give me a case number hoping I would pay the damage. These are bad business practices. I always enjoyed renting Enterprise vehicles but several managers ruined those experiences with false claims. Be aware of policy details and enjoy the experience.
