  I go to this location alone. Their customer service is awesome, they are quick and efficient. Let's be honest, the business model of oil change places are to upsell you on things like transmission fluid, air filters, batteries, etc. They will ask and inform, but I've never felt pushed at this location, which says a lot. Totally recommend this location. There is a guy with a snake tattoo on his arm, he is polite, patient and has great customer service skills.

  I have been going to this location since I bought my car over 2 years ago. I usually have yhe same person and he has always been amazing. So much so that whrn I need my wipers changed or a headlight fixed this was the first place I thought of to go. I saw a bad series on tv about this chain but have told my daughter and family that they arent like that and can be trusted. Until yesterday that is!! I am sooo mad at myself for being scammed!! It was a different person than I normally have and I should have left as soon as he started talking to me! I was there for an oil change...period. Right away he said I am due for a coolant flush..(129.99) I was confused as no one has ever mentioned this to me. I had a feeling in my gut. I hmmmed and hawed but I stay on top of what is needed. So I said ok. Then he said my transmission cap was off and sitting on top of my engine. I was very confused with that as I check for rats under the hood all the time and didnt see this. ( once the oil guy saw rat foot prints so I have checked regularly because I didnt want a prob with chewed wires) i wondered how with all of the driving I do for work I didnt notice. Then he said he cant tell if dirt or water got in so I should have the transmission flushed...he also said I hadnt had it done since 2023. I asked how many km he said about 50kto 60k km. I bought my car in 2024 at 89k and im at 127k so I have plenty of time. I said no. He then told me my back break light was out so he changed that for 12 bux. He then said i needed fuel system cleaner because i was overdue and said he was putting it in( didnt tell me it was 21.99) and he said i needed something added to my oil so I wouldnt burn oil(shaeffers molly 22$) This guy was throwing stuff at me left and right. My 120$ oil change just cost me 348!! Then he passed me the machine to pay but didnt have the screen on my total he had it on the tipping screen. When I had asked him before he started what yhe cost would be he said 268. He then hands me the paper....with a 20$ tip I just paid 368!!!!! I felt pressured and taken advantage of the whole time. He wasnt friendly and basically just treated me like I was an idiot.(which I guess I was I just totally bent over for him!!) I used to feel confident and safe going here...looks like I will be going back to my dealership. The other guy I had would pass over the tipping acreen so I would tip him cash...even just for topping up my oil. So if u go and see this dark hair and fully bearded guy....RUN. OR better yet avoid this place all together. Then I spoke to my son and best friend and they both told me that is what this comany does and I didnt need a transmission or a coolant flush!!! I have been upset about this for 2 days!!!I think I should call their head office...this wasnt ok!!!

  Kieran at the Country Club location was excellent. We were greeted with a smile. He was kind, clear, and knowledgeable. We love Great Canadian and the excellent staff!
