I had reserved a Kia Forte, but when I arrived to pick up the car, they upgraded me to a brand-new zero-kilometer SUV at no extra charge. On top of that, they even gave me a free ride from the office to the ferry terminal on my return. I truly appreciate and sincerely thank all the staff for their excellent service. Highly recommended!

Was told twice the car “wasn’t full” and it would be over $3/l charge. when it clearly was full and couldn’t force more in.. after small confrontation, they said “oh maybe it’s just the gauge” Then according to them it takes 7 days for the deposit to be returned when you could save yourself the hassle and go with enterprise and get the deposit back immediately and they actually provide customer service.

Use literally any other rental company at the airport avoid this company at all costs.

No surprise on return and they drove me at the ferry terminal instantly after, no waiting at all. Thank you !
