Overall good experience, came here to get a wheel alignment done on my car. Service manager was flexible booking me in and the technician did a great job. I can tell by the results he took his time to get it bang on. Car drives better than ever. Not sure why there seems to be a lot of recent poor reviews for this place. I would definitely come back for future needs.

Very poor service. Had my 2025 Ram Rebel in for an Oil Change & Tire Rotation. When I got the truck back they had not adjusted the tire pressure 55psi front & 45psi back ( they put 45 front & 55 back ) Then 2 weeks later the check engine oil light came on ( gauge was at 1/4 full ) had to go to Fountain Tire in Langley to get New Filter and 7.1L of oil. Will never go back!!!

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
