    Friendly staff, car ran well, nice and clean was able to drop vehicle off where my own vehicle was being repaired and Enterprise would pick it up from there was very convenient.

    I was involved in a car accident on September 24, and I rented a vehicle until November 21. Since the rental was fully covered under my own insurance policy, I did not need to purchase any additional insurance from the rental company. However, the staff enrolled me in a $9.99-per-day insurance package without clearly informing me, and I only discovered later that I was being charged around $600 for something I never needed. This insurance should never have been added, and I did not knowingly agree to it. I am extremely disappointed that I was charged for an unnecessary product without proper explanation or consent. I am requesting a full refund for this charge and an investigation into how this happened. Customers deserve transparency, not surprise fees.
