I specifically chose this location because it was one of the 3 that had them available, it was close to home and it offered after hours return. I paid for an uber to drop me off only to find out that no F-150s were available, not only that no pickups were available at all. The rep offered to get me a car or SUV at a potentially higher price lol. To which I said NO of course. They claimed to have called me twice but I also have an email listed on the reservation as you need both. I don’t understand companies that find it an intelligent choice to have a customer show up and NOT have their vehicle ready for them, but also not offer any kind of compensation in place in order to preserve the future business from that customer. They could have email me to let me know and I could have made other arrangements to get a pickup somewhere else but they left me hanging. As the rep claims they didn’t have my email, they also said my email when I chose to go ahead with an SUV at the same price after I told them they can’t even think of charging me more for their mistake. Online it said there were plenty of trucks available for the days I wanted them for only to show up and not have any available. That’s not cool. I may not ever rent from this company again.

I experienced this before and this time too - the vehicle I requested was not available. They also share such little information about the replacement vehicle, they seem so scammy. I would avoid this place at all costs.
