  I called to rent a car and was treated very rudely. I asked a couple of questions, such as regarding insurance and if there was a charge for mileage. He was condescending and rude to me, saying "that's what FREE means," and also saying, "I guess you haven't been listening to a word of what I said!" He pressured me to make a reservation when I said I was just inquiring about availability because my car was in the shop and I didn't know whether I'd be getting it back today or not. I said I'd like to just have a price quote and then call back in an hour to book it. Then he said "we're closing at 6, time is ticking, tick tick tick..." After being treated like I was an inconvenience and an idiot, I said "Frankly you're speaking quite rudely to me, so at this point I'm done." His reply was, "Well we're done with you too!" No apology, no attempt to make amends or keep my business. I will be renting a car elsewhere.

  Had to rent from this Enterprise location for 2.5 months and have nothing but good things to say! This is the first time I've ever had a walk around with the representative and they actually explained what is considered damage and even had a tire depth tread checker with them to show us the tire condition. Highly recommmend this location

  Great business, excellent customer service and competitive rates. We have used this business any time we needed a rental car in Langley. Have never been disappointed.

  Called enterprise and spoke to a lady on the phone. She booked me in for a car rental and made an account for me. I needed a car rental since my personal vehicle was in the shop being repaired. Anyways, I paid for a Uber to the enterprise rent a car location. Got there and went to the counter to pick up my rental. My reservation was canceled because they didnt have any cars to rent out anymore. Why would enterprise get my info, book me in for a rental at a specific time, send me the confirmation via my email and not have any cars available to rent ? You need a better system.

  Very disappointing customer service experience. The call center representative (Ron) was impatient, rushed through the conversation, and did not provide clear information. Toward the end, he abruptly said, “It’s your choice if you want to book the car or not,” and hung up. I have been a regular customer of Enterprise in the past, but unfortunately after this experience I will not be doing business with them anymore. I hope management reviews the call recording and provides better customer service training.
