Luckly i gave the langley location , not only did they redeem enterprise in my books they made me a life long customer at this specific location Chris who helped me goes above and beyond for all his clients and really cares about them you can tell. Brian always has a big smile on his face and willing to help. Aman is so friendly helpful and positive, erin does a amazing job doing delivery of the rental to ensure you feel comfortable in your new rental and davine is just so great to deal with. Over all the entire team at this location is phenomenal but i had personal interactions with these amazing humans and had to mention by name!!! Thank you for a great expirence and keep up the great work!

The car provided was a low-mileage Jetta, which handled smoothly and was a pleasure to drive. The vehicle quality was definitely top-notch. What really stood out was the customer service. The representative was excellent, taking the time to explain the various optional protection products and helping me select the best fit for my needs, which I really appreciated. The entire process was smooth, and the availability of an after-hours drop-off option made returning the car extremely convenient. Overall, it was a seamless and stress-free rental. I will definitely choose Enterprise again for future needs. Highly recommended!
