  Kelowna BC location on 1735 Richter st. Always a quick and friendly service. Reliable and knowledgeable. Coming from a mechanics family they are trusted. Tommy was friendly and happy doing his job. Should be acknowledged for his service and good work ethics.

  Great service as the name of shop says. Friendly and very professional people . Shout out guy named Tommy .He’s awesome and helpful. Helped me out to figure out my check engine light cause , though my service there is only oil change . He gave me lots of recommendations and advices . So fast and so knowlegable people there . They also gave car wash coupon . Thanks and Keep it up .

  I came in to get my oil changed Today. This is by far the best customer service I have ever had getting any maintenance done on my vehicle. Dan was Amazing. I would strongly recommend this place due to Dan’s customer service. Thank you very much Dan.

  Very friendly staff! Brady explained everything and didn’t push any extras on me. He explained the maintenance my car has had and recommended some maintenance it may need in the future which I appreciated. It makes a difference when staff take the time to explain details we don’t all understand. Great experience overall

I had an outstanding experience at Great Canadian Oil Change, specifically thanks to Arwinder Singh. ​I was skeptical about oil change shops before, but this visit changed my perspective completely. Here is why I highly recommend them: ​Honest & Professional: My car is a newer model, and I wasn't fully aware of all its specs. Arwinder immediately looked up the model and gave me clear, brief information about other fluids (transmission, differential, etc.) without any high-pressure sales tactics. ​Trustworthy Advice: When I asked about maintenance they don't perform, he recommended another local shop. Coincidentally, it was the exact place I’ve trusted for years, which proved his integrity. ​Incredible Attention to Detail: I’m very particular about my car’s exterior and engine bay. I was so impressed to see him use a towel to open the hood to avoid leaving fingerprints. That level of care is rare! ​Fair Pricing & Efficiency: Their price was at least $30 cheaper than major tire shops or dealerships, and I saved at least 30 minutes of my time. ​I even asked about pricing for my other vehicles, and he provided detailed info on the spot.
