However, this time, my oil change took less than 15 minutes, cost over $150, and my invoice showed that everything was checked (lights, wipers, etc) as was done every previous time. Nothing was done. Just the oil change. Disappointing and inaccurate.

He checked the brakes, showed me the air and cabin filter and replaced with new ones. As someone who comes from an extensive customer service background, I was very impressed with the level of service I received. It was a nice touch at the end with two air fresheners, one free large pizza coupon and a discount. Thanks again, I will recommend this location and will be back!
