    My rental car was very dirty. I have rented vehicles from enterprise numerous times and never had an issue. This location has a manager named Marcus Malone who is very unprofessional and rude. When I brought the vehicle back to her cleaned he has obnoxious remarks like hmmmm and interesting.. and I’ve rented thousands of vehicles and never had someone complain about mud in the door jams. He was implying that I was in the wrong for brining it back to get cleaned. He did not handle it professionally at all and belittled me with his remarks. The jams weren’t just dirty the windows were filthy and the car had streaks all over it. I had already cleaned off mud streaks on the dash and back seats. AVOID this location. I have had great service at the airport location. The customer is ALWAYS RIGHT, sometimes you need to keep your mouth shut Marcus and smile and agree, solve the problem and boom! Customer is happy.

    I’ve had great experiences with Enterprise, from van rentals for school trips to personal requirements. And if a reserved vehicle is not available, they will work to find one.

    Trying to communicate with whoever answers the phone was a next level challenge and ultimately, I gave up and will be using another company. Maybe if they could stop and breathe for a moment and let the person calling actually ask their question without getting cut off every 2 words, there would of been less of communication issues.
