  Went in here because we were having issues with our rental. Spoke to a person named “Bodey” who was 0 help at all. Not only did he suggest we use a 2 wheel drive sedan to get up to the snowy mountains but also went out of his way to not help us. We ended up getting help from Verona location and Prankur and he was very helpful! Highly recommend using either them or the airport location over this one!

  ⭐ One Star - very disappointed Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. The price I was quoted over the phone was changed when I arrived, forcing me to question it and go back and forth with staff. Only after pushing was the original quoted price honoured, which should have happened from the start. They tried very hard to upsell even if it was very slimy way of doing it! Gross! I was then told I had to pay $20 extra per day for winter tires. When I questioned this due to winter tires being a legal requirement, I was told all vehicles already have winter tires and the charge was only for studded tires—which is not how it was originally presented. This felt like a sneaky and unethical upsell yet again. I was also told my total would be around $150, but was then presented with $290, again requiring more back-and-forth to correct. To add to the frustration, three different associates gave three different answers regarding the grace period—one said three hours, another said 30 minutes, and another gave a different explanation entirely. Staff were also openly gossiping while I stood there waiting. I’ve rented from this location before and have never been fully satisfied, but used it for convenience. After this experience, I’ll gladly drive an extra 30 minutes to rent elsewhere. I won’t be giving this location my business again. Do better - this includes your manager who stood there and then provided well also very slimy service with no solutions.

  I had an incredible experience with Enterprise, and especially with Claire Sacht. I had reserved a rental vehicle, but when I arrived to pick it up, I realized I had left my wallet at Big White. Claire immediately stepped in and went above and beyond. She arranged to have the vehicle delivered to another location with later hours so I could drive back to the resort and retrieve my wallet. On top of that, she kindly upgraded my vehicle. What could have been a very stressful situation was completely turned around by her thoughtfulness and professionalism. I am truly grateful and will not forget her kindness.

  The rental experience here was likely the smoothest experience I've had ever with a rental company. The employees have personality! And the three I had the pleasure of meeting were top notch. Thank you for making the experience easy. I will be considering this location again and will recommend to friends.
